Blackened Chicken Salad

Juicy chicken breast dusted with Cajun seasoning then flame-grilled blackened, sliced and served over a salad of mixed greens, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers then finished with a drizzle of our homemade ranch dressing and a sprinkle of cheddar jack cheese.
